Second Age:

Between 1350 and 1400 - Brought to dwell in Lothlorien
1701 - In a visit to Rivendell she met Elrond and he fell in love with her
but did not tell her of his feelings, she then accompanied her parents to
Belfalas

Third Age:

109 -  Celebrian married Elrond and moved to live in Rivendell
130 - gave birth to Elladan and Elrohir
241 - gave birth to Arwen
2509 - Celebrian went over the Misty Mountain through the Redhorn Gate, she
was attacked by orcs, poisoned, tortured and raped until rescued by her
sons. Though Elrond managed to heal most of her wounds, she was haunted by
fear and memory and could no longer find joy
2510 - she sailed to the Undying Lands

My Version:

Celebrian was the one who initiated courtship with Elrond much to her
parents' uncertainty of the match. She also fought like crazy when she was
taken by the orcs. Downing many and even biting off the member of one of her
attackers.

She still suffers from great amount of self-loathing that she was not strong
enough to fend them off. She also feels very ugly and her scars will not
heal until she can regain confidence in herself. But, she returned and
decided she would not live in fear and shadow. She is determined to regain
her full strength and nobility once more.
