Only use original CDs for making extractions, do not use a copied CD/CD-r (as most copy programs make bad copies),

The following text shows that using copied CDs is a tricky thing, that's why you cannot call a copy of a copy as high quality (but I do mention it here because it is useful info).

Copies made with EAC can be perfect copies if EAC was used correctly (, and the 'Compare WAVs' function in EAC was used after burning (comparison between the burnt and the original WAV).

What does 'if EAC was used correctly' mean? Well, the EAC configuration must be the same as in this guide (secure mode, no C2). Then make a CUE sheet. Then copy songs UNCOMPRESSED (instead of compressed, so that you keep your lossless *.wav files). The CD should be burnt with the help of that CUE sheet, as explained in the appendix. If you didn't use EAC for burning (e.g. you used Nero), be sure you didn't add extra gaps (pauses between tracks in Nero should be changed to zero seconds, instead of 2 seconds. Exception is the first track: keep the 2 seconds for this track).

You see that using copied CDs is a tricky thing, so it is not allowed for high quality albums.
