Anne Red's Ham Recipes
PRETTY HAM PRIMAVERA
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 TBL olive or vegetable oil
2 TBL all-purpose flour
2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
2 tsp. chicken boulion granules
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1 pkg. (7oz) thin spaghetti; cooked &
drained
2 c. (1 lb) cubed fully cooked ham
1 pkg. (10oz) frozen peas, thawed
grated Parmesan cheese
In a large skillet, saute mushrooms & onion
in oil til tender. Stir in flour, Italian
seasoning, boullion, salt & pepper til
smooth. Gradually add
milk, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil;
boil & stir for 2 min. Stir in the
spaghetti; ham & peas, heat through.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Yield: 4 servings
