"Kevin. I really need to talk to someone that won't hang up on me." I said, my voice was emotionless, but tears were running down my face.
"Nick, why are you calling so late, and are you aware how much this is costing you? I mean I'm Germany, right now. We're in different time zones." He said, seriously. Ah, Kevin. You could always count on him to know the time zones.
"Kevin, Steph dumped, me I don't know why!!" I started bawling into the phone.
Kevin seemed startled by my sudden outburst of emotion. "Look, Nick, if she dumped you and won't say why, then she's bad for you. But if you truly want her back you'll have to...."
"SHOW HER THE MOVES!!" I heard A.J scream in the backround. I started laughing through my tears. A.J. always knew how to cheer you up when you were sad.
"I don't know the moves!!!" I whined.
I heard A.J. grab the phone, and Kevin wail in protest. "Nick," A.J. said "does this mean you're a.." He started whispering, as if what he was going to say was a dirty word. "virgin?"
I gulped. I was going to have to tell them sooner or later, and I had already told Lekan. Although, Steph had sworn me to secrecy. But she dumped me, so i did not have to listen to her any more.
"Steph and I had sex last year." Ugh. I should have known. Typical A.j. A covered the receiver of the phone, trying to muffle howles.
"Alright, you go Nick! You're a love machine!" Stupid A.J. Why wasnt he ever sirious.
"Seriously A.J. You've had like lots of girl friends, tell me what I'm sapose to do!" I whined into the phone.
"Ok, A.J.!!! Get out of here!" Keven yelled. I heard a door slam and Kevens voice sounded.
"So, Nick, are you ok?" I bit my lip.
"I guess. This is all so bad though." Kevin sighed.
"Ok, tell me from the very start exactly what had happened." So, for fifteen minnuites i poured what i had been choking on the past day out to Kevin. Everything, when she dumped me, in the water, sleeping with her, and when we woke up.
"Nick that's pretty bad. I know you're hurting, and right now you feel like you could never love again. But if she's gonna do something like that to you, maybe she's not the one."
"Kevin, i know it, she is the one! I've never felt this way before about anyone!" I cried. I was afraid that my landlord would come pounding on my door soon.
"Well if she's that important I might have some advice-"
All of a sudden I heard a loud bang and the phone was grabbed away from Kevin. "NICK!" A.J screamed into Kevin's phone, and i held it away form my ear. "SEX IS THE ANSWER!"
"A.J. you horney-toad!" I heard Kevin yell. "GET OUT!" Once agin, I heard the door slam. "Nick, you still there?"
"Yeah."
"Okay, here's my advice to you..."
