A stuck up snob, he was on Mars with Limburger during the Plutarkian occupation and at the time had Karbunkle under his employment. He enjoys making Limburger look like a failure infront of Lord Camembert, and is evil to the core. He also has a funny habit of wiping everything down with a cloth... he doesn't like germs.
