Why dig up Chicago when you can deliver the entire earth? Using a tug transformer, Limburger plans to "tug" the earth to Plutark and place it as one of it's moons. However, the Biker Mice have experience in this sort of thing. After all, Stilton (a Plutarkian), tried to send Mars into Plutarks orbit. You get to go into the Biker Mice's past and experience the story of how Throttle lost his eyes, Modo lost his arm and Vinnie disfigured his face. Plus, you get to meet new characters and their relationship to the mice.
