Actors Name: Jeff Bennett
He is the head of the Plutarkian government. He also is a thief and steals from the Plutarkian treasury, but the evidence of his crimes was lost in the episode, "Pitfall." He seems to enjoy yelling a lot and making Limburger's life miserable.
