JAR. is an independent hard rocking band from the West Coast of Canada. Formed in the summer of 1995 by Garth, Rob and Bryan (with original bassist Chris) JAR. began writing and recording. Adding bassist Tom MacDonald later on, brang a whole new light to the band with Tom's musical experiences.

JAR. presently has 2 CDs out. Their first release Harsh and Discord I believe is going to be re-released soon. The amazing new CD Knott Skull is hard to find in stores here in Winnipeg because they keep selling out. (The band has their own theories for their successes here in the Peg.)

You may have seen JAR. on tour with such bands as Noise Therapy, Nickelback or Prong . Currently, they are headlining various bar shows across Canada.
