nc17 is treble charger's first release and it was an ep. Sonic Unyon released it in 1994. the name of the ep came from their previous band name. treble charger got the name/word nc17 from a movie rating. they couldn't keep it as a band name, cause it was already being used, so they took the name for their first ep.
