The 5-Time Superbowl Champions the San Francisco 49ers

DISCLAIMER: The San Francisco 49ers logo is a trademark of the San Francisco 49ers. This page is not associated with the San Francisco 49ers, nor is it intended for commercial use.

The Niners may have had a losing season and it may take some time to regroup and become the champion team that they once were, but win or lose they will always be my team. I am a die-hard fan and nothing can ever change that. I grew up watching the Niners' with my dad. With 5 Superbowl trophies, the SF 49ers are certainly one of the NFL's most elite teams. The team of the 80's and hopefully the 00's. The SF 49ers are tied for the most Superbowl trophies ever won by a team. They are only matched by the Dallas Cowboys who have become a mere memory. The '9ers may fade away for a little while, but rest assured that they won't be gone for long. It's all about the SF 49ers! Showing off the proud Red, White, and Gold...

Although there isn't a 49er I don't like, my favorite players are Joe Montana and Jerry Rice. They are the ultimate Quarterback/Wide Receiver duo. Absolutely untouchable...

The No. 1 QB of All Time a.k.a. The Comeback Kid or Joe Cool

Montana brought the 49ers four amazing and hard earned Superbowl trophies. He was named MVP in 3 of those Superbowls. San Francisco could always count on Joe to bring them back into a game and win it in a climatic fashion. His cool on and off the field has never been duplicated. Always patient and calm, his teammates loved him and he will forever be revered as the greatest quarterback of all time.
Need Proof that Joe Cool was one of The Best? Here: Third-round pick out of Notre Dame in 1979 … Undersized with questionable arm strength, yet retired with highest QB rating (92.3) in history … He led 31 fourth-quarter comebacks, including 92-yard game-winning drive in the closing moments of Super Bowl XXIII … Led 49ers to four Super Bowl championships in 1980s … Three-times Super Bowl MVP … Led the league in completions percentage five times, passing yardage twice … Played in eight Pro Bowls … Ranks among the all-time leaders in passing yards (40,551) and TDs (273) … Named to Pro Football Hall of Fame’s 1980s All-Decade Team.

The No. 1 Wide Receiver of All Time a.k.a. Flash 80

You wanna catch flash 80? ha! I don't think so. Perhaps in another lifetime. See ya! / Rice holds at least 10 NFL records. There has never been a greater wide receiver in the history of the game. Rice makes things happen. He also loves to make people miss. His amazing abilities and speed will never be matched. If I were to list all the awards that he has won so far... well it would take forever.

These are a few of the other 49ers whom I really like as well... Garrison Hearst
Hearst says goodbye to a New Orleans Saint. More to come.

HAHA... here's the best part of the '98 season... When the SF 49ers BEAT Green Bay!!! Yea! >=)> heh heh Here's us getting ready to pound Brett Favre into the ground. Yea again! >=) And here's Terell Owens after the GAME-WINNING catch.
