Thanks so much, Lady J!  I'm an animal lover, of all kinds of animals.I hate to see an animal being abused. Please take responsibility for your pets. Be an angel, adopt a pet who'd love to come home with you! Visit your local Humane Society today!    Thanks, so much Maxine! Please call the authorities when you see someone  abusing an animal. They cannot speak for themselves, so we must! I hope someday that there is a happy owner for every stray...(a girl can dream, can't she?)   There are lots of places to get information on animal shelters, and how you can help.

my best friend for 17 years. When things got a little "rough" at home, she was always there. She didn't mind that I was upset or crying, but she loved
me just the same. She would always make me feel better. She passed away 5 years ago, 2 months short of her 17th birtday, and I still miss her.
