Finally a new band that doesn't rip off any of the following: Korn, Deftones, Limp Bizkit. Not only do they manage not too rip off these all-to-commonly ripped off bands, Dredg is entirely different from anything else I have ever heard. The lead singer seems very talented, but I think he should "scream" less on the album because his voice sounds much better when he actually sings. My favorite part of Leitmotif are the guitars, drums and bass. The guitar sounds nothing like I have ever heard before, it is truely the strong point of the CD. As far as songs I would say that Symbol Song is probably the strongest song. The movements are a welcome change because they are all really well written, especially Lyndon. All though a lot of people might not like them under a first impression, they will change there minds once they discover what an amazing and truely unique CD this is.

My Review: 4.5/5

1. Symbol Song
2. Movement I: 45n, 180w
3. Lechium
4. Movement II: crosswind minuet
5. Traversing Through the Arctic Cold we Search for the Spirit of Yuta
6. movement III: Lyndon
7. Pengiuns in the Desert
8. movement IV: RR
9. Yatahaze
10. movement V: 90 Hour Sleep
