My Thief! Page!
I did a project at school that was really cool, so I've made a page for it. First it was a photographic project, then we made it into a short movie. The first version was a photographic project, which Dan Bartram, one of my friends, and I were in. I was the actor, Dan did the camera. It involved me going up to my school, and trying to steal something out of a locker. The Head Teacher spots me, and chases. It ends up with me on the roof of the school, and I fall off! The End. The second version was a video project. Dan did camera again. This was a much bigger project, which took more than a term. Me and another thief (Stuart Dawes, a friend) go up to school. Stu goes up to the top floor, while I try to steal something. A boy sees me (James Kirkham, another 'friend'), goes up to the top floor, and tells the Head Teacher. He goes down, and shouts at me. I leg it! Stu gets a letter from this mysterious man on the top floor...All we see is his hand!! Ooooh! Stu runs to the bottom floor, and out through a door. Meanwhile, I jump out a window after escaping, and meet up with Stu outside. He gives me the letter Mysteriouds man gave him, and I put it into the bag I have. We leave the school, and walk up the side of the road. We walk into an estate and walk into the road, (as you do,)and got the envelope out of the bag. Just then a car comes round the corner. Stu gets out of the way in time, but I get knocked down! Aah, poor old me. It fades to white, roll the credits. It took weeks of editing together, and compiling the music on top of that took a while too. I'm afraid it wasn't a digital camera, so you can't download it off the site with Quicktime or Realplayer or something. Sorry!
UPDATED UPDATE (lol): (untitled) 2002
- Oh dear... it looks like Thief 2 will never be made! Ah, doesn't matter. I am now in the planning stages of a short film for the Summer. I have about 10 people willing to act in it, and I've got a good scriptwriter. Now, its up to me to think of the plot! We will hopefully go into production in the Summer holidays, and be in post-production in the Autumn. I'll keep you posted!
