Detour Magazine!

Okay. jimcarreyonline just completely blasted me away with the showing of a glimpse of a magazine I deperitly want to have...this is what they say:
"The brand new issue of Detour Magazine features a Jim Carrey cover story along with an exclusive photo shoot taken in September. Photographer Dan Winters chose to portray Carrey's mature and serious yet edgy side here. JCO offers you an exclusive preview of two of the images. In the interview, Jim Carrey talks about the upcoming "The Majestic" for the first time. Andrew Berg, Detour Editor-in-Chief, told us: "With his latest film, 'The Majestic,' Jim Carrey has ventured decisively into dramatic acting. Everyone knows he's the king of comedy, but so far his serious roles have been under appreciated. He's reinventing himself as a performer. He chose Detour because he wanted us to capture this unfamiliar face." Detour Magazine's Fall Fashion issue will hit the newsstands as you read this. To order copies and for information please check their website at detourmag.com"

I absolutely LOVE the pictures.

Jim Carrey at the Concert For New York

Unfortunaly I couldn't see it, but Angelika and Juliette did it for me, but according to this picture in the new Jim Carrey Picture gallery 13 it seems like it was loads of fun. As I quote Angelika: "And he was funny muahahaha of course! Doing an impression of the American flag and diving into the audience like at the MTV awards ;-)! And he was introducing Paul McCartney right at the end of the show! That was all so cool! I'll make ya a copy of it! ". (that last bit of the quote makes ME very happy teehee) It seems there was some Firemarshall Bill stuff involved with it too. I missed it, but I'll try to collect more detailed information of it.
