The most important lesson I learned in life
is to trust the deep inner voice
which speaks to me saying,
this does not seem right or otherwise...

I could have avoided lifelong traumas
if I had been loyal to myself
and not bend to the wishes of others.

It means to love "ME" enough
to set boundaries and
make others respect my limits
and by staying firm
in all my decisions!

I would not step up to
protect me until it was serious,
ignored warning signs of dangers,
subtle little things,
a little inner voice
of doubts and
when it came to common sense
or the red flags which
presented themselves to me;
I ignored it,
thinking
any person can change
with love.

*PLEASE NOTE*

There are evil people out there
willing to sacrifice you for their gain
How it was unreal for me to accept this;
how much I had to learn that,
this is a fact!

In that time,
it became too late
to turn around
or to turn back
or change anything;
because there
it became a time
of survival now!

Sick, dangerous people
do not changed their 'spots'
because they show themselves
clearly when they have groomed you
and earned your trust.

My many traumas
in my life could have been avoided
if I had listened to God.

He gave us a sixth sense
as even animals have when
something is not right and know
they have to be cautious to live.

My prayer is others
will find life,
joys, peace and find
rest in their traumas
to heal and grow
and go in the way
of a true healthy
balanced living
God meant for you to enjoy.
