Isaiah 33:15
-In returning and rest you shall be saved;
In quietness and confidence shall be your strength.
Often your tasks will be many,
and more than you think you can do
Often the road will be rugged
and the hills insurmountable, too.
Always remember, the hills ahead
Are never as steep as they seem,
And with faith in your heart start upward
And climb ’till you reach your dream,
Nothing in life that is worthy
Is ever too hard to achieve

There is a great principle to live
by & it is making sure you get rest too
And set boundaries between you and others.
Find quiet time to find you,
honor your body and mind
which needs winding down time.
Build margins and ask God
where you are going wrong
when you feel out of it.
It is wise to come to a quiet place for you alone
truly, where you won't be interrupted
and allow yourself to just slow down.
I found my land of dreams in my mind
when I found a place to soothe & heal me.
knowing I would not be disturbed;
I can recharge much better when I honor
The body God gave me to use wisely.
Nobody should invade your needed space
or intrude on your bubble when you ask for it
Be where you can just be good to yourself
and not have to give in to those who are demanding
It is necessary to listen
to the inner voice of common sense.
