My Tribute To A Wonderful Man

He trained us to be diligent

In anything we do;

And when we make a commitment

To always be true.

By his example we learned to be our best,

To do everything with all our might;

Even when he slipped into a valley

He showed us how to fight.

He taught us integrity and honor

Just by the way he lived;

And we learned how to be merciful

As we watched him constantly give.

But most of all he taught us

To be faithful to our King;

To worship and praise our Lord

Every time we sing.

Our lives will never be the same

After having known Johnny Harlow;

And because of his great influence

We will never cease to grow.

We'll remember him in many ways ...

Through a laugh, a smile, a tear…

And he’ll always be in our hearts

As we go on from year to year.
