Personal Facts My name is Winnie (Fulkenberry) Weber. I was born in Reynolds County, Mo. and now live in Shannon County, in Eminence. Mo. One of my local projects to inhance the town of Eminence was to totally restore an old building called Winfields. I have taught in the one room schoolhouses, beginning at the age of 17. I worked my way through college to get a BS degree in Education from Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield and a Masters Degree from the University of Missouri. Political Facts I am running for State Representative, 152nd District. This district includes Shannon, Reynolds, Iron and the southern part of Washington County, Mo. I am the only candidate with previous experience in the Missouri State Legislature with a career history in Jefferson County as Representative.
