The most powerful force in the universe…It can move a mountain..Lay down it’s life for another…And it never diesIt is a gift..not to be taken for grantedBut nurtured and protected..

And in their innocent and trusting faces..In the way they see things so simply…So clearly…They believe in Magic..Santa Claus, angels, little fairies...Some even see them..Until as they grow up and we tell them...They don’t exist… But sometimes…Just sometimes…They retain the child in them...That believes...And… that…is

I always have…Hidden away in a special corner of my heart.. Even when the adult part of me has said..”No way, That cannot be true!!..." The child in me..says…”Yes, It is! Because you believe!"..So I am forever on a Journey...Searching for answers..And the meaning to my life..And I always try to find it…See it, and experiance it..As a child believes...So does Maria...

I live in a very small town in Northwest Florida..Famous for our beautiful beaches…Where I walk…Sing and write my poetry…God’s Cathedral I call it..I am always singingUsually off key...But hey..God says "Make a joyful noise"And I am always doing that!

Working in my garden, walking on the beach, writing, and sharing my children’s lives...Is my main happiness.. I have a beautiful daughter Jamie Marie…Who is almost 21…Married to JustinHer soulmate and my child as well..And a wonderful son Todd and his wife Jolene..Who is like a daughter to me..And the parents of my first grandchildrenAnd at the center of my heart..

I collect all kinds of things…Rocks from all over the world…Everywhere I go…I pick up a rock...A piece of where I was…A memory....I know each one...And the magic of them all..
…I also collect… English tea and cookie tins…English teapots…and Princess Diana collectibles..…Memories of Magic I call them..Strange to some…But not to one who believes in Magic!

I have been writing since I was in middle school..And it blossomed some in High school…But the majority I have written has happened in the last 9 years or so..When I had my faith in magic tested..And even tho…for a moment…I almost lost my belief…I found it…in that self same cornner of my heart…and it is contained in these pages…
