The police discovered three clues. The first one was a heavy golden slab. Perhaps it belonged to someone rich. Archeologists on the case have tested the slab of gold and believe it was from the time period 1341 BC – 1323 BC. Although the slab was from long ago, its gold was pure and in good condition. The next clue was a stone sheet. There were 19 chiseled drawings on it, in a special kind of order. Whatever the stone was about, it looked like it kept a count of time or days . The last clue was very large grey stone. It was more square in shape and pointed straight upward as if aiming at the sun like a pyramid. It must have been too large for the sneaky scientists to capture. But what exactly could this stone be used for? Where is it from? The archaeologist thinks that the stone was used to predict the solstices of each year since the stone aims at the sun. He says that the rock could even be a ceremonial pyramid that ancient people used to speak to their sun god. Also, he says that researchers know ancient civilizations used the sun to measure seasons to predict the best time to plant crops.
