Jesus is God's Son.
Because sin came into the world when Adam and Eve disobeyed God, God asked Jesus to come to make things right again.
Jesus was born about 2000 years ago and lived in a part of the world called Palestine.
When He was thirty years old, He began to teach and to heal.
Three years later He was nailed to a cross to die.
When the people who loved him went to his grave three days later, Jesus' body was not there.
He had come back to life, just as He said He would.
1 John 4:8 "God is love"
Romans 3:23 "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God"
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not Perish but have Everlasting Life"
Jesus loves you more than you could ever imagine.
He loves you so much that he died for you and He became your Saviour.
He is alive and He is loving and watching over you everyday.
You can talk to Jesus just like you do to your friends or parents.
Jesus will always listen and be a friend to you.
1 John 4:14 "The Father has sent the Son to the Savior of the world"
There may be times when you wonder if Jesus is really real.
There will be times when you wonder if He really loves you.
But when you pray and tell Jesus that you have times when you doubt,
When you pray and tell that you know you have don bad things and want to do better...
Jesus will never let you down.
He will love you your whole life and you will live with him forever.
John 14:2 "In my Father's house are many rooms: if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you"
Dear Jesus,
I believe you died for me.
I am sorry for my sins (bad things I have done)
I know God has forgiven me
Because I have confessed my sins
I believe you came down to earth to be my Saviour
You died on the cross
Three days later You rose from the dead
I believe you died for me.
Thank you for being my Savior and loving me.
