I was married to a wonderful man by the name of Glenn. He was a tractor trailer driver and he was a Vietnam Veteran. Glenn went to be with the Lord on November 8, 1999. An old picture of us. That was quite a few years ago and we had become grayer and heavier. *big grin*
We have three daughters, Michelle age 30, Trina age 27, Sandra age 26. They are all married and have blessed us with 8 grandchildren. They are Gerald age 8, Ryan age 8, Glen age 7, Morgan age 6, Joshua age 4, Angel age 2 months, JennaLynn age 2, and Ben age 2.
I also had a son from a previous marriage. He was a special gift from God, loaned to me for a short three years. God sent him to me to plant the seed for the love of special needs children. Knowing how special Billy was, He took him back home to be with Him.
We have a special needs child that lives with us. Robert is 7 years old and has numerous medical problems. I was his nurse for six years and when nursing stopped he was already living with us. Please read Robert's Story.
When I have free time I like to read (especially the word of God), listen to music (gospel, country and oldie but goodies). I watch TV, mostly TBN, but I like ER, Touched By An Angel, Promised Land, and some news. Now I like to spend time on the computer with my new Christian friends and looking through Christian web pages.
God blessed me with a very special friend and spiritual sister. She has been such a blessing to me in these last months. She is always there when I need her and just an email or phone call away. I thank God daily for uniting us and for the special bond He has developed between us. I would like to share my special page I made for Connie, and then please go visit her place and be blessed.
I attend Edgewood Assembly of God. We are a very Spirit filled church. We Love to praise and worship the Lord. Robert belongs to the Rainbow Club at church and attends Super Church.
