Boys
Boys are toys
Wind them up and watch them go
See them blush when you ggive them a smile
Caution: They'll fall to their knees when you wink your right eye
Pull their string to make them say sweet things
(One sweet thing per pull of string)
Program their buttons to make them treat you best:
A spontaneous slow dance on the tailored lawn of Rock Creek Park
A quiet dinner with candlelight making shawdows dance all over his face
Pull his handles
Handle 1- Intelligence
Handle 2- Ambition
Handle 3- Interesting
Handle 4- Good Listener/Talker
And turn a knob
That alters the brightness of their smile
And smoothes the texture of their strong brown skin
Then when our toys have bored us over
Hide them in our toychest
Only to be brought out later as a source of comfort
