This is one of those anime's that is, well, very difficult to get into.  I would place this one more on
the side of terrible.  The episodes shifting from the delightful and humourous to the hard to
understand, seemingly pointless, and all out boring.  This series was not really worth the 26 episodes
taken to tell the stories, and the changes from the original OAV series are so lopsided and stupid
that a person could hate this series simply for that alone.  As you go throught the episodes of this
series you will find outstanding episodes, and episodes that make you search for the fast forward
button.  The best episode in the entire series is the one where Mr. Fujisawa and Priestess Meiss go
on a date.  With Makoto and Aliel hiding near by the whole time, this was charming enough to
make you want to see more.  Until you hit the episode where the find Ura.  This episode manages to
seem like it has no point in the series at all.  Looking as though it was just thrown in so as to
introduce a new character into the story, this was the standout worst of the series.  Overall, this
series is one I would recomend avoiding unless you are a die hard El Hazard fan, or you just want
to see what all the bad things that are laid out in this series are.
