When Meg's pony Foxy jumps the fence and escapes into the mountains, Meg thinks she has lost her pony for good. But a farmer in Buck Valley finds Foxy, and soon Meg finds out her pony is going to have a foal.
The foal is born and it is pure white with stunning blue eyes. She names him Azure.
Right from the start Meg knows that this pony is special. He seems to talk to her through his eyes, a fact that begins to worry Megan.
Meg begins to dream of magical horses, and weird things start to happen. Then one night, as she watches out the window she sees the magical stallion she has seen in her dreams. It comes down off the mountain and jumps the fence. Who is the stallion and why has he come? And what is to become of her magical foal?
