Advanced Studies in Witchcraft and Paganism

So, you have read a million books on Wicca, practiced for 3 years, helped others get started on the Pagan path, been in and out of covens, and now you need a new direction, but you have hit a dead end? All the new Pagan books sound alike? I may just have some advice for you! Here are some places to further educated yourself on Paganism!

• Greek, Roman, and Egyptian History Classes
  I have found that taking a few history classes on what ever ancient cultures you are intrerested in can be a very enlightening experience. I started on my Pagan path while in college, so I had the resouces right there for me. If you are in college consider taking a History minor! If you are not in college, you can take a few classes without working towards a degree, and if you ask the professor, you may even sit in the class for free!
• Museams and Archeological Ruins
  Many museams, especialy art museams, artifacts from our ancestors on display and even entire temples, such as the Egyptian Temple of ____ at the Metropolitan Museam of Art, are preserved. Also, a copy of the Parthenon, a famous Temple to Athena exists in Natshville, Tennessee! I know may Pagans who wish to see Stonehenge, or the Pyramids. This is also a place to further your studies into Paganism!
• Mythology and other Primary Sources
  I cannot emphasise enought on the importance of reading mythology and other literature from the different traditions! There are often English classes on Classical or World Mythology wich are excellent. There are also many books containing actual Greek poetry and drama, including ancient prayers to the many Gods.
