Startup/Wait/Shutdown Screens
I recommend using a program such as Winlogo Changer, to change and
save all you start screens. It stores originals and makes changing screen safe and easy.

Horror of Dracula  desktop theme includes:
1 - 640x480 wallpaper, 256 high color icons, cursors, startup/wait/shutdown screens and screen saver. 

If you do not have Microsoft Plus!, you can now download msthemes.exe by clicking here.
It will allow you to change themes at will.  However, you will need to change the wallpapers to .bmp
to use them. The theme will then need to be re-saved by using a desktop theme creation program.
