At angelfire front page click on Build link, it is at left top side of the page.

   If you are already logged in to any Lycos memberships the second screen will ask if your are using that ID . If you are using the same ID click on the Continue button. If you are not click on This isn’t me link which is the best to make sure you are logging in right.

   Third screen comes up, now let this screen load all the way, fill up the two boxes and click the Log in button.
