Justin's After-Hawaii Interview
DJ: So Justin how's life going for you?
Justin: It's great. It's going real good for me right now.
DJ: Now that everything is over with?
Justin: Exactly now that ITS all over with. Yeah it's been going good.
DJ: I heard you went to Hawaii.
Justin: Oh yeah it was great. Had a lot of fun.
DJ: What did you do?
Justin: I uh swam.
DJ: (Laughing) Wow your a real party animal.
Justin: (Laughing) Well, I try to be the life of the party but there's only so much you can do.
DJ: Right, so the concerts went well? Were they both sold out? The one for New Years eve?
Justin: The one on New Years ever was not sold out. There were about 30-40 tickets remaining but that was expected since it was New Years eve.
DJ: Right that's understandable. So I take it you had fun in Hawaii. Who did you bring with? Was it a big group of friends and family?
Justin: Oh of course. Everyone brought their family and close friends. I brought my mom my step dad came out later, my friend and his girlfriend came with and my mom's group who are also my friends came with. That was pretty much who I brought.
DJ: Really? Didn't miss Britney come with you?
Justin: Man she just showed up.
DJ: (Laughing) Not too thrilled about that huh?
Justin: (Laughing) You got me.
DJ: I'll drop that subject I'm sorry for that.
Justin: Oh man it's no problem you learn to live with it. I'll answer the inevitable question so you won't get a million calls about it. If you want.
DJ: That's very nice of you. I wasn't going to bring it up So if you don't mind...(Justin interupts)
Justin: Not at all.
DJ: Do you have a special someone?
Justin: Well my mom and I got out a lot....
DJ: (Laughing) I don't know about that Justin I think it's illegal
Justin: (Laughing really hard) Oh man.
Dj: (laughing) What you didn't know that? I'm just kidding.
Justin (Still laughing) I know that's what makes it so funny, all right I'm all right now. To answer the question No I don't, Iv'e actually decided along with JC to focus more on my music. I'm still young and I'll date I just don't think I'll have a special someone for a little while. I have a long time until I'm ready to settle down.
DJ: Well thankyou for answering that. I wasn't going to bring it up.
Justin: It's really no problem at all.
DJ: Well I know you have to go soon so I'll ask you a few question;s about your album.
Justin: Man they told you I gotta go soon? We's just gettin' to know each other!
DJ: Well we'll exchange cell numbers so we can keep in touch
Justin (Laughing) We'll do.
DJ: (Laughing) So Your new single Bye Bye Bye. Come out in stores when?
Justin: It will be in stores January 17th.
DJ: Great song by the way. Really nice. Now what about your cd? tell us a little about it.
Justin: Thank you very much. Our CD will be out March 7th for sure. It's different than what we did on our first cd, and we are very proud to say It's all us. We put our heart and soul's into this CD and we did it all for our fans. It's our gift to you. We hope you like it. If you don't you can always exchange it for um...the Christmas album or something.
DJ: (Laughing) I don't think anyone will give this one back. From the 4 songs I have heard you guys are going to be the band of 2000.
Justin: Thank you very much. We are hoping this goes good. We hope everyone likes it.
DJ: I know you have to go now, but hold I need your cell off the air so you don't have to disconnet it.
Justin: (Laughing) Alright
DJ: Good luck on your new album. Very good luck at the AMA's, hopefully they will realize the extreme talent and you'll win. Good luck on the performance there as well. Would you like to say one last thing?
Justin: Yes. Thank you to all of our fans. You are the best anyone could ever have. I hope you enjoy the new album. It's for you baby. Ya'll have a good night and we'll see you soon on our next tour.
DJ: Aww thanks Justin. (Pretends crying)
Justin (Pretend crying) I love you man.
