OK You don't believe in religion. Welcome to the club. Not crazy about any I've been to very much. Except for 2. They are far apart. At opposite sides of my state. So OK. Besides I do not worship a religion. Who I worship is not in any building. He lives in people that immitate him. Jesus is a person! Not a religion. OK I am a christan. I believe in Jesus Christ. I believe in his father yahweh. I believe in the God of Abraham. Why? I wanted to know the truth. I'd heard so much stuff. I went to God and sincerely asked to know him. I used the Bible alone. I gave up on religion. Yet I was tired of trying to fill the void in me with sex, drinking, drugs and on and on. So I went for it!

It wasn't what I expected. I found a love so strong it really boggles the mind. I found a peace nothing out there could match. I found God. Why he loves me I can't begin to fathom. Yet he does. More than anyone ever can. Deeper then you can imagine. When my children hurt me I understand how very much I hurt him. I am his child. He forgave me for everything. He sees none of my past because he erased it from him. He sees me as I will be not as I am now. For which I am glad and overjoyed.

I had to believe Jesus died for me first. That was my missing link all along. I knew he had died to save the sins of the world. Somehow I never saw myself in that picture. When I believed he died for me a doorway opened. He died to reconcile us with God Almighty his father. Without Jesus I couldn't talk to God. Because you can't go to God if you haven't accepted the payment of Jesus. That is the forgiveness of sins.

See this picture it was done for love!

See this picture it's what that love saved us for!

This is the new earth. For the meek shall inherit the earth. Isiah tells all about it.

Jesus

Jesus was kind and compassionate

Loving, kind and giving

He left his home in heaven

To be here among the living.

Wearing flesh and blood

feeling everything we do

He didn't live in comfort

He really does know you.

He felt hunger and heartache

Sorrow, pain and grief

He was betrayed by a friend

He was friend to the thief.

The people in office were against him

His friends were a tax collector, a doctor the fast

Fishermen a prostitute, the low ones

The ones considered the last.

Everyday people in everyday lives

Doing their everyday things

Until the day they met Jesus

And learned what love could bring.
