When angels came to earth
Then donned the bodies of men
They married earthly women
The world became full of sin.
God was dismayed
By all that he saw
Then his eyes lit on Noah
A man walking in his law.
Out of all the earth
Only one family was serving
God talked to Noah
Noah was deserving.
Noah heeded what he heard
Never doubting for a minute
When the animals and his family were aboard
God shut the door and all within it.
They rode atop the waters
As the evil was washed away
A dove with a leafy branch
Told Noah all was ok.
