Madhuri Dixit...From Abodh toDil To Pagal Hai, Madhuri has come a long way. I have seen all her films since I was little. I grew up watching her films. I guess along with me, she grew as an actress. All I can say about Madhuri is that there is no one even parallel or close to her. She has reached where no actress has reached in a very long time. She is a very versatile actress. When I say that I mean that she can carry off roles of being a cool gal of the 90's or she can do roles which put her in the standards of legendary actresses such as Madhubala, Suchitra Shen, Mina Kumari, Nargis, Sharmila Tagore etc... Madhuri has put a barrier next to her name and her position. Proving that there will probably never be another actress quiet like her. She has the god gifted talent and beauty which is very rare in Bollywood. I have another very favorite actress also. But I will not mention her in this little summary of mine because though she is my favorite, there is no point in comparing her to Madhuri because Madhuri is on a whole different standard. Years might go by even decades but in my opinion and other Madhuri fan's opinions....Madhuri will always be in our hearts and I don't think anyone ever would be able to take that spot. What does Madhuri want to be remembered as, is the question? Well she, herself quoted that she would like to be remembered as "a woman who walked tall." I am sure she is already known as a woman who is already walking tall. Go Madhuri! And may godbless her always.
