Hebrews 12:1-2. Chiastic structure copied from Chiastic Analysis of the Epistle to the Hebrews,  arranged by John Bligh (Athenaeum Press, Heythrop College, Oxon, England: 1966). Bligh's work is almost entirely in Greek. For website purposes, I have used unaccented Greek from the Unbound Bible, Nestle-Aland 26, at unbound.biola.edu
I have added English from the New American Standard Bible, revised.

Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us,

let us also lay aside every encumbrance,

and the sin which so easily entangles us,
D di upomonhV trecwmen ton prokeimenon hmin agwna
and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,
E 2 aforwnteV eiV ton thV pistewV archgon kai teleiwthn ihsoun

fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith,

D* oV anti thV prokeimenhV autw caraV

and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
