Our digital recording studio/midi suite is the perfect environment for producing your commercials, or electronic and hip hop music. The core of our studio configuration is the PARIS digital audio workstation by Ensoniq. This digital multi-track recording system provides increadible clarity and depth of sound as well as a world class effects library. Rack and Ruin also continually ugrades with the latest PARIS software versions expanding our recording abilities on a regular basis. With the recent upgrade we now provide full automation of all aspects of mixing ensuring a smooth and quick mixdown process.
The PARIS software also has extensive editing capibilities. Projects that have been recorded at Rack and Ruin or elsewhere can now be edited in detail without fear do to multiple levels of undo. Cut what you don't like, paste what you want, use time stretch or time compression, the possiblities are endless.
The extensive editing functions available through PARIS enable us to remix songs with ease. Charges are calculated per song, not by the hour. Please contact us for our current remix rates.
Rack and Ruin studios also provides CD mastering services. Projects recorded at Rack and Ruin or elsewhere can be mastered on DAT or CD.
