The Last Will and Testament of Theodore Zimmerman of Carroll County in the State of Maryland, as follows, to wit:
     I, will order and direct my Executrix hereinafter named to collect as soon as practicable after my death all of the money due me on Notes, Bonds, Accounts and otherwise, and to pay all of my just debts, funeral and sepulchral charges and expenses, out of the money so collected, and also, out of the cash money that I may have on hand at the time of my death, and after making such collections and paying all such debts and expenses, and the expenses attending the settlement of my Estate, then I, give devise and bequeath all of my Real and personal estate of every kind and description whatever, not here in above disposed of, to my wife Emma C. Zimmerman, her heirs and assigns forever.
     And Lastly, I, do hereby constitute and appoint my said wife Emma C. Zimmerman, to be sole executrix, of this my Last will and testament, revoking and annulling all former wills by me heretofore made ratifying and confirming this and none other to be my last will and testament.
     In testimony whereof, I hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty-fifth day of July, in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and eighty-five.
