JAO is abbreviated for Just another Overdose... The phrase "just another overdose" is from the Everclear album Sparkle and Fade, and is found in the song Herion Girl. It signifies a part in Art Alexakis' life when he came home one day and a police officer told his mother that his brother George had died of an overdose, but phrased it as "just another overdose". Which means that it happens so often that it was just another one. Which definitly was not true to Art or his family.
This is my forth attempt to make an everclear webpage. The other ones ended up in disasters. My last one was called You Make Me Feel Like A Whore, original, huh?
My favorite Everclear song is Heartspark Dollarsign, and my favorite video is You Make Me Feel Like a Whore. My favorite Everclear album is Sparkle and Fade, I can listen to it all day which I often do.
I'm 14 and live in Maryland.
