"Knightrc!" Shy's voice said from down below.
I was just recovering from the shock of finding the Valley of the Wind. The telescope will still pointing toward the Valley of the Wind, but that's all I could do. Just watch, never go to.
"Hey! Do you want the tea or not?" Shy said again from below.
He was getting impatient, I noticed. I better not keep him any longer, I thought. "Hold up, I'm coming!" I shouted back to him in reply.
But, I took one more look at the Valley of the Wind in the telescope. The place where a piece of my heart lay. With Kushana. And another, with Nausicaa. I went down the stairs.
Shy greeted me when I reached the bottom. "Did you find what you wanted?" he asked.
I nodded. "Yeah." My sad expression was pretty evident though. I was downhearted because I had dug up sad memories.
Shy picked up on that easily. "The thing you found...made you sad?"
"You could say so...yeah. I don't feel too happy about now."
"Come on, drink some tea with me. You'll feel better." Shy led me over to a table in the Monk gardens.
I looked around. Not too many people were around, just a Monk sister tending the flowers. The place was full of flowers though. The air had a nice fragrance to it. It looked alive and beautiful. I sat down, and Shy sat across from me.
Shy poured me a cup of tea and handed it to me. He didn't get any for himself though. "Nothing for you?" I asked.
"Well...I did drink quite a lot last night." Shy looked nervous. I laughed quietly.
Shy straightened up though. "So, care to tell me why your all sad all of a sudden?"
I took a sip of the tea. It was great. The last tea I had was SeaWitch's way back in the Bear camp. I placed the cup down. "You ready to hear a real long story?"
Shy thought for a moment. "Eh, why not? I'm listening."
"Well....it all started in the haunted manor...."
