Their first two singles "Visionary" and "Hysteria Unknown" already hinted at great things to come and their first album "Time For The Rest Of Your Life" kept all the promises. They managed to get better with every album, the second "Love And Other Demons" with songs like "Living With The Human Machines" being a bit more poppy than its predecessor.
Their third and sadly last "Strangelove" is the best though. I remember seeing them at Reading 97 thinking, "Jesus, these songs are even better than the old ones!" and they sure are. "The Greatest Show On Earth", "The Runaway Brothers" and "She´s On Fire" are some of my favourite songs ever. It´s an amazing album that everybody should have in their collection.
Sadly, Strangelove split earlier this year.

He´s the singer and boy, what a voice. Strangelove are another band that have sometimes been compared to Suede, but in their world there are definitely no "Beautiful Ones".
