Explosion
Get your vehicle next to a building.
Try to exit by hitting Z.
The man will scream. Press Z several times.
Some buildings will blow up this way.
This works best with a dump truck.
Ghost Cars
Go to a race track stage. Do all the laps.
Then try to race with a different car.
When the race begins you will be racing your ghost from the previus race.
