I sit here
The sun congestes the starlit sky
I wait for the moon to rise
To hang her head from the darkened heavens
To smile down on me
I am reborn
A passing face reveals all
I am not alone
A smile falsifies the past
Brings light into the future
Cheer into my heart
A tear to my eye
The passing of time is unknown
Unimportant
Things mean so much less now
So much more to the heart
The soul is on fire
Replacing the sun
A warmth unlike any other
Rejuvenating
I smile
Become a passing face
Unconscious of my revelations
I am not alone
