Bashou (or Basyou) and Buson are Team Rocket members from the Pokemon Crystal special "Raikou Ikazuchi no Densetsu" (Raikou, The Legend of the Thunderbolt.) Both team members are male, which is unusual. Bashou is efeminite and cunning. Buson is very masculine and also intelligent.
Both have a special rank within Team Rocket. They are known as 
"Tokumukousakuin", or "Special Duty Construction Members".

In the special, Team Rocket intends to use something called the 'Crystal System' to capture the legendary Raikou. The Crystal System can attract electric pokemon.
