If not much is known about Mondo, even less is known about Domino. She was sent by Giovanni to recapture Mewtwo in the made-for-TV sequal to Mewtwo Strikes back, "Myuutsu-Ware wa Koko ni Ari", (Mewtwo Lives) called 'Mewtwo Returns' in the English release, which went straight to VHS and DVD.
She's about the same rank as Butch and Cassidy, and her flower of choice is a Black Tulip. She appears to be very daring, she jumped backwards out of the Meowth balloon. (She had a hanglider in her pack, of course.)
