Welcome to my little toy shop of "Children's Toys" I only watched 4 episodes of this REALLY adorable serie because my stingy buddy Kankan woudn't lend me anymore of her tapes. Anyways, the four episodes cover about a girl named Sana-chan becomes friend with her class nemesis-a boy named Hayama.

Kurata Mariko(also known as "Mama")
She is Sana's guardian and Sana-chan calls her "Mama". Mariko is a write and actually won an award for her novel. She has some of idiosyncracies that you are just going to laugh. She drives a toy like car IN the house, and wears the most eccentric headdress(sometime the headdress is a squirrel, and other time it maybe mini skyscrapers), and she loves to use her "Personality Calculator" and perceive the motive of her visitors.
Sagumi Rei
Rei is what Sana-chan called "my manager, my lover and my pimp!" Seriously though, Rei is a big brother to Sana-chan and always take care of her. One thing you notice about Rei-kun is that he always wears sunglasses and drives at 10mph whenever he gives a ride to Sana.
Sana is an eleven-year-old student who is also a little actress on the TV show- "Kodomo no Omachan". Very active and cheerful most the time and leads girls to restore order back to class(because they have a very timorous teacher who actually cries when the boys play pranks). She tried to prevail the class nemesis, Hayama and finally succeeded. (If you want to know how Sana triumphed, Click here! Upon her triumph, Sana also discovered that Hayama is not a jerk after all and she then tries to become his friend when he is being ostracized by his family. One cute thing I like about Sana is that she always does a rap before she goes to sleep. 
Hayama is the quiet yet influential boy, for he led them to create chaos in the class. Apparently Hayama is depressed because both his sister and father rebuke and ostracize him. His mother, as reveal later in the serie, has died giving birth to him(ok, I know this is not in episode 1-4); therefore, he is not welcomed in his family.
