Here's my page of Anissina and Peizerat, my favorite pair of ice dancers. Marina Anissina and Gwendal Peizerat are dynamic ice dancers from France. This pair has everything that makes their routine mesmerizing: drama, creativity, elegance, passion, and beauty. What is more is their reverse lift, which is a lift when the woman carries the man, as seen here:

Marina Anissina Birthdate: August 30, 1975

Marina Anissina's mother was a pair skater who represented the USSR in the 1972 World Championships and Olympic Games. Anissina formerly skated for the USSR with Ilya Averbukh, winning two Junior World titles. Marina moved from Russia to France and teamed with Peizerat after Averbukh decided to skate with someone else.

Interest: Piano, skiing, rock climbing
Gwendal's father is the Secretary of the French Skating Federation. Gwendal also won medals at Junior World championships with former partner Marina Morel. He began skating with Marina Anissina in 1993 after Morel retired becasue of injuries.
