Julian is the quintessential villain. He's manipulative, controlling, and just downright rude. He also has a large ego. Risa encounters the Julians in part two of Future, and she immediately gets a bad vibe from him. Her vibe turns out to be correct... but I won't give away any more than that!
Juliana is his sister. She falls into the quiet role, but she's got brains. She's smart enough to know to leave Julian's male ego alone, and she knows better than to disagree with him on anything.
