There are several "early pioneers" dating back to the 1700's North Carolina (Duplin Co.) Eventually, around 1780-1800 or so, they migrated to Muhlenberg County, KY where most of my relatives live today.

There is very little info on the spouses of these folks. If tradition is in place, there are lots of siblings that we are not aware of. Here's what I have on my family:

1 John Wilkins, b. 1701; d. 1761 in Duplin Co., NC m: Prudence __?__, b: 1705

2 John Wilkins, b. 1727; d. 1792 in Duplin Co., NC m: Mary __?__

3 William Wilkins, b. before 1755, m. Nancy Hannah?

4 William Wilkins, Jr., b. Abt. 1794, d. Bef. 1880 , m. Lucinda Vanover, b. 1814 both in Muhlenberg Co., KY

5 Wilson Turner Wilkins, b. 1850, married Phebezelotte Wright (Cherokee indian)

Do any of these names ring a bell in your tree? If so, please contact me. Thank you!
