My Wilkins family migrated to Arkansas in 1875 from Virginia. My gr gr grandfather Leroy Spencer Wilkins and his wife Carolyn Vivian brought their three sons Jefferson Davis Camillous, John Spencer and Lee Wise to the Cabot/Jacksonville area. My line descends from Jefferson Davis or Milous as he was referred to.

Leroy Spencer Wilkins father was Leroy Wilkins born in Halifax County Va. in 1817 and Married Rebecca Ann Hite in 1839, also in Halifax County Va. They had seven children.
