He was the son of Anna Spangler Wilkins & Bill Eck Wilkins. Married Mary Jewel Byars, Had 6 children. Mary Renabelle Wilkins Laugal, James Stanley Wilkins, Eldon Legene & Aldon Eugene wilkins(twins), William Paul Wilkins & Barbara Anne Wilkins Miller. Aldon Eugene died at the age of 3 months. Eldon Legene died at the age of 65 on 11/1/2000.
