Contact: rm007c3427@blueyonder.co.ukI am researching the paternal side of my family as I know more about them than I do of my mother's side of the family. I have been able to trace the family back to my gr, gr,gr grandfather Benjamin Wilkins b1782 but, then I hit a brick wall and it seemed I could not go back any further but by chance, I came across another Wilkins who was able to tell me who Benjamin's parents were and also who also opened up a new line for me.
My gr grandfather George had 16 children(8 sons and 8 daughters), his father Joseph had 8 children(3 sons and 5 daughters)and his father Benjamin had 7 children(6 sons and one daughter)so there are a whole load of relations out there somewhere to find, I would love to hear from anyone who may be related.
I have found a couple of people who are related one in Dorset, who has the same gr grandfather and one in Liverpool who shares the same gr gr gr grandfather, I have also found someone in Canada (a country I love) who shares the same gr grandfather so my tree is growing more branches all the time and it is so exciting but I am always on the lookout for more!!!.
