Q. So what’s it like to be Nick and Aaron’s sister?
A. It’s OK. But I knew them before all this started I don’t think of them as being really, really famous. It was weird at first but we’ve all got used to it now. We still fight and hit each other.
Q. Don’t you want to be famous?
A. Oh no, not really, but I do like hanging around on video sets and TV studios. I can sing and one day I might record a song with Aaron, but I don’t want to be a spice girl.
Q. Have Nick and Aaron changed at all?
A. Nick’s not at home much but he still acts the same. Aaron’s still a bit of a goofball.
Q. Do your friends fancy your brothers?
A. Oooh no, they think they’re normal, just like I do.
Interview #2
Q. Hey Angel, nice to meet you!
A. Nice to meet you too.
Q. You like it here in Sweden?
A. Yes, I like it very much.
Q. What have you been doing since you came?
A. Actually I haven't done that much. We came yesterday and today there have only been interviews on the shedule.
Q. What do you think about your brother or should I say brothers, getting so much attention?
A. I think it's cool and I'm really happy for them.
Q. No jealousy?
A. Not at all. I was really small when Nick started this whole thing up and I'm used to it. And Aaron is more of an acter than me. He likes being in the spotlight, I don't. I'll get my parents attention when I want it!
Q. What does you other sisters think of this. Are they jealous?
A. I don't think so. They are all doing their own thingS. B.J is modelling and Leslie is really good at the guitar. She might be a singer too some day, she has a beautiful voice.
Q. Are there any strong bonds between the Carter kids?
A. Yeah, me and B.J are very close even there's a bit of difference in age. Nick is very close to B.J, and I think I have a good relationship to Nick. Nick and Aaron are close. And of course me and Aaron. You can say we're best friends. Leslie always stuck to herself. But she's really happy when Nick is home. They use to do things together.
Q. What do you think of Nick as a big brother.
A. I really look up to him. I like being around him, but my sister always tells me to stop following him around. I don't follow him ! She just says that.
Q. What do you think when you hear a girl screaming that she loves your brothers?
A. What an airhead! Ha no just kidding! To me, they're just my sibs, what else can I say?
Q. What does Nick do when he's home?
A. Normal stuff. He hangs out with his friends, playing basketball, driving me nuts by playing on his drums, I totally hate that noise! B.J even hates it more.
Q. Do you ever go with Nick on tour?
A. Nah, I'll go with Aaron. Me and B.J will go with him on his German tour over our spring break.
Q. What about Leslie?
A. She's staying at home with our dad. Someone has to keep an eye on our pets. She's really good at that.
Q. You and Aaron don't look much the same. Sure you're twins?
A. (laughing) My parents keep telling me that we are. Aaron is my twin, but when he does stupid things, I sometimes start to wonder!
Q. Do you feel like you're the big sister of Aaron?
A. I am! And I keep telling him that too!
Q. Have you done many interviews like this one?
A. I've done a few in Germany and England.

A. Thank you, I'm glad to be here today.
Q. So tell me, What is your favorite sport?
A. Um....Soccer.
Q. What is it like to go everywhere on tour with Aaron?
A. It's cool, I guess, I mean, it's not new. Mom, BJ and I always go on tour with Aaron.
Q. What are your favorite music groups?
A. Well I like BSB, Hanson, Astronick, and the Moffatts.
Q. Would you want to be in school instead of on tour?
A. Yes! Well at first no but we have been so many places, I'm sick of it.
Q. What's the worst part of touring?
A. Nothing ! Oh planes, I hate flying.
Q. Do you have a lot of friends?
A. Yeah! I guess you could say that.
Q. Would you like to tell us your bestfriend's name?
A. Allison Murphy. She's been my best bud even since I was three but I moved to Ruskin and she's in Tampa but we still get to see each other.
Q. Do you have any friends or family in Canada?
A. Oh yes! My cousins live in Toronto and I made a lot of their friends.
Q. Now, I've heard rumours that you and Aaron aren't twins. What do you say?
A. All I can say is :"Hey! I can't break a rumour but I know we're twins and he knows we're twins."
Q. For you last question, do you have a boyfriend?
A. No way! But Leslie and BJ do. Oh damn! I can't believe I said that but yeah, it's true.

Q. Hi Angel, ready for the big day ? I heard you're doing an opening at the concert tonight at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Are you excited?
A. Yeah, I'm excited. But I'm also kind of nervous : it's a concert for 20.000 people.
Q. Does being Nick's sister really pay off now that you're getting all first parts everywhere?
A. How Nick became a Backstreet Boy was all an accident. It was his dream and he helped Aaron fulfill his dream. But I did this thing all on my own with my parents. Nick was never home to get involved.
Q. Do you ever wish that Nick could stay home longer that he usually does?
A. Of course, he's my big brother, I look up to him. Letting him go would be the last thing I'd do.
Q. Are you into singing like the rest of your family?
A. Me? Singing? No way! I like to sing, but I don't that extreme voice. I don't do acting or instrumental like the others, I'm just set for public speaking.
Q. Is that how you got the part in tonight's show?
A. Sure it is! Why would I sign up if I didn't know how to do it?
Q. Aaron is your twin. It's said that you're older than him, and it's said that he's older than you. Truth?
A. I'm older than Aaron by one and a half minutes, but it really doesn't matter, 'cause we're still twins.
Q. My younger sister wants to be a singer. What advise would you give her from your brothers?
A. Nick always says that a dream will remain a dream until you make it a reality. And Aaron just says :"Dream big and follow". I guess they both have good advise for kids having the same dream as themselves.
Q. Do you have a dream that you would like to reach sometime in the future?
A. Just like I said before, I'm not into anything but ublic speaking and I haveno idea what I want to be when I grow up. I'm just me.
Q. Many kids of your age go to school instead of hanging around in an airport or hotel room. Do you miss out on that stuff?
A. No, I don't miss out on anything. I'm a normal child, just like the others. But I get to experience what other kids don't : I get to travel where they probably will never visit. But overall, I'm normal.
